Sugarless Chocolate cake
The cake is a two layer chocolate cake made without sugar. The questionable looking dog is from the batch of runny fondant I made a while back. Unfortunately, it tends to melt, so the moulding process was...interesting.
Two things: do NOT add a sugar substitute to your cake batter. After it's baked, it has absolutely no effect. You might as well pour it down the drain for all the good it will do.
And when you are experimenting with something new, it's always better to make small amounts.

No, really, it was because the fondant wasn't made well - so obviously the dog, too, didn't turn out well.
